Every coconut husk yields two products. The fine pith becomes cocopeat; the long fibre separated from it becomes coir fibre. Both come off the same line at our facility in Peravurani, which means the fibre we bale is traceable to the same husk intake as our substrate.

Coir fibre is durable, resistant to rot and salt water, and biodegradable, which is why it is used for everything from erosion-control matting to upholstery to substrate blending.

Custom bale weights and compression are produced to order. Tell us your handling constraints and container plan and we will bale accordingly.

Erosion control and geotextiles. Coir matting and netting hold soil on slopes and riverbanks while vegetation establishes, then break down naturally instead of leaving synthetic mesh behind.

Substrate blending. Added to growing media to improve structure and resist compaction over a long crop cycle.

Horticultural products. Liners for hanging baskets and planters, and pole and stake wrapping.

Industrial and consumer goods. Rope, brushes, matting, and upholstery filling where a resilient natural fibre is required.
